Spicer Humour

According to Sir Michael Spicer the helipad mention is a family joke.  Not so funny this morning is it Sir Michael?  Why are we paying for the upkeep of their gardens anyway? Payments made for garden maintenance should be returned to the public purse immediately.

My thanks to Tory Poppins

Apropo gardening expenses, he's just following Mrs beckett's example? My Mrs and me spend a fortune on our garden from our, diminished, by Parliament and Snotty Jimmy's pension raids, pension income. We then graft our hearts out to use the garden to raise money for charity. We enjoy it every bit as much as these bastards enjoy screwing the populace.
A further voluntary work we do is for The Conservative cause we believe in. Unlike these career snout troughers, activists deserve respect. Sadly we can expect the mud slinging to hurt us more than the very people causing the anger and disgust. That applies to all parties, not just The Tories. In fact I consider the abuse of Ministers of The Crown to be even more heinous than the other sods.

Call me Dave is enjoying this.

Couple of well chosen Tory ass wipes do a troughing exercise.

DAve gets his hands on it.
Public trip over the carpet, cash paid bac. Mr insult to the military looses the whip. Call me Dave, changes how Tories account for exps.

Stands up shouting "Hey Gordon, my house is in order what you gonna do?".
Que the stuttering, wobbling trouser shuffling "its all parties responsibility argument, its in the rules ya da ya da.

Or am I being that conspiracy theorist again. Telegraph really going to expose the Tories.????

I still think the career killing story - the dynamite - is yet to come. We'll get the Lib Dems tomorrow and then we'll be in to the big stuff.
I have to say I've never seen a single newspaper totally dominate the agenda for so long. What the Telegraph has done is quite astonishing. No other story is yet getting a look in - and we're on the fifth day after it all started.

I know you two work tirelessly in your garden OR for good causes but, as you say, gardening doesn't come cheap and like you my pension has been badly affected, plus of course the awful shortfall in my endowment policies a couple of years ago.

All this makes anyone who supports a political party at Westminster, feeling cheated, because that's what these fraudsters are.

Right must get this dyke fixed as best as possible of my house may fall down :)

That's exactly how Call Me Dave needs to act LotF. If he did that then some respect may eventually drift back to them.

Morning LD. You're my oracle so I'm sure you're right. True the Telegraph has played a blinder in this. Peter Curran has a superb post here:

Why can't they just adopt the Scottish parliament system? Not enough wriggle room?

One cannot be expected to clean out one's swimming pool. That is a job for the pool cleaning chappie. After cleaning one's pool he is expected to give the Lady of the house her monthly maintenance, don't you know!

I may have had a point!!!

Indeed you do have a point LotF!

Auch Lochnagar, it's a hard life if I can't get my twice weekly hairdo and manicure surely, plus of course entertain my friends to tea in the garden when it's dry, then nip down to the village hall and do that awful hour selling old clothes for local activities. Must all these things must be done.
