An Amusing Typo

I'd like to think that Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, the Highlands and Borders are safe too but I'm sure some Dundonians would be happy to do a deal with certain parts of their city.

There's no recognisable background to the 'fluttering' flag but the blue sky makes me think it's actually Tenerife's flag...

Who will want Stirling when all the pylons start being built ?

Dundee is in permanent break up. Years and years of smashing and building and smashing again.

Yes but what about Berwick?

I'm rather attached to Dundee as it happens...

...And who let Mickey Mouse out without a script. Moore does not own sterling. It doesn't belong to the Tories, or to England. WE own sterling (and come to that Stirling). We can keep it if we want it.

Why oh why oh why do they keep saying thing and then having to retract them?

Wouldn't it be better to check with the people who know about stuff BEFORE they make pronouncements, not after.

Aye the Stirling area is going to be changed once the giant pylons are installed RM.

Such a shame for Dundee though. It used to have a core.

I'm rather attached to it too Tris, but it never seems to 'grow'.

Let's hope the V & A will make a difference. It certainly needs something more than a boat and a road bridge right through the middle, to enhance it.

Michael Moore didn't mention Berwick Hamish. The article just mentioned stirling.

I'm wondering what the people of Berwick may have to say on the topic. It seems to me they might have a strong argument for being Scots if they decide they want to make it.

Well, not the topic of Stirling. I don't think they will demand the town although the English wanted the Stone that used to rest there which brings up the whole subject of having "loaned" the Stone back to the nation it actually belongs and is more than they're willing to do with the Elgin Marbles.

*cough* I'll stop before I sound anti-someone.

Aye Jeanne, anti-ness is the current buzz word. :)

I'm sure I read something about Berwick this past week. If I find it I will send it to you.
