A Trip From Edinburgh To Skye - With A Twist (or two)
After all the hot air yesterday from Westminster, I thought a becalming video would be most suitable this morning.
The cyclist is the extraordinarily talented Danny MacAskill. This video follows him on a journey from Edinburgh back to his hometown Dunvegan, on the Isle of Skye.
The music is Loch Lomond "Wax and Wine" and the Jezabels "A Little Piece".

The man is a Maestro.
Absolutely the best preliminary test I've seen for applicants to the worlds of politicians and bureaucrats to be set as a 'required pass' before they can enter the professions.
No need to go to Skye - one of the Forth Bridges could be used as a testing ground.
If "street trials" cycling was made an Olympic Sport:-
a) It'd be the only event worth Watching
b) Scotland would be assured at least one Gold Medal.
He's brilliant.
Now there's a thought Crinkly - the Forth Bridge. The very thought of it brings on an attack of vertigo. :)
It should be a sport Joe. Why not? He is superb at his art right enough.
