Hate Crime Guidance Manual

Our police force is intended to protect the lawful against those suspected as acting unlawfully, yet they're now involved in actually writing the laws.

People who indulge in public sex outdoors should not be denied police protection against hate crimes, even when their actions are unlawful, chief police officers have said.  Officers have a duty to protect people who are victimised or targeted as a result of having sex in public, the guidance, issued by the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland, said.

The Hate Crime Guidance Manual said issues surrounding open-air sex 'can be complex' but warned that 'police must accept they have the dual responsibility of ensuring that any victims of crime in such environments receive a professional response'.  The guidance, published last week, said: 'Whilst complaints regarding consensual public sex must be considered and responded to, it must also be noted that people engaging in such activity are potential targets for hate crime perpetrators'.

Now, I have to problem with anyone having the urge to have sex on some deserted beach somewhere in Scotland on a braw bricht moonlich nicht.  It's people who actively seek places where they know they will have an 'audience' that concern me.  As far as I'm aware 'dogging' is illegal yet now Scotland's police are instructed to give protection to those who so blatantly flaunt our justice system.  I pay my taxes for the police to arrest those who break the law.  These people are lawbreakers.  They deserve no protection.

One Kent officer said: "So now we are being told not just to turn a blind eye to public indecency, we are being told to arrest anyone who has anything bad to say against people taking part in outdoor sex.

"It's getting to the stage that people who break the law have more rights than the normal man or woman in the street and as for them suffering from post traumatic stress, what about the people who witness these exhibitions and are shocked by it?  What about their rights?"

Thankfully there appears to be a few police still around who possess common sense.

So, I can get arrested for chucking a sweetie paper or fagend on the ground but I'm allowed to roger as many people as I like in public?

I don't know what to say....

To be honest, the fact that our chief constables are actually using the stupid phrase "hate crime" depresses me.

O tempora, O mores.

All because the lady loves... another lady... and the man loves another man. It's kowtowing to the homosexual lobby in the most disgusting way.

Like I always say but few agree, legalising homosexual behaviour is negatively affecting all of us.

What's the difference between a 'Hate Crime' & an 'Envy Crime'?

SR what we have here is a deliberate injection of the pandemic of paradox within the administration of the country. Achieved previously in Imperial Russia, Imperial Germany, Weimar Germany and all communist states. Currently being carried out in the West by our programmers.

If you'll forgive the trivial example it can be demonstrated best by Gordon Kennedy's character Hudzen 10 in Red Dwarf series 3 episode 6. I think Arnie did a similar thing in a far inferior robotic operetta.

The robot, our public administration, seizes when hit with a paradox.

Human beings take that stuff in their stride.

There is a warning here for those coming into contact with these public bodies.

They will execute their protocols without compuction.

I don't know either. We sink further every day Sue.

I doubt if you're alone Young Mr Brown.

Are they responsible for this then Stewart? The likes of Stonewall I mean.

subrosa said...

No idea Joe. We now may need envy crime don't you think.

subrosa said...

I can see that happening Incoming, unless we all 'toe the line' we'll be obliterated.

Stewart Cowan said...

SR, I believe the globalists are promoting homosexuality to aid the destruction of civilised society (and it also helps their depopulation agenda). They must weaken families.

Stonewall et al are just filling the obvious vacuum which remains when standards decline.

"Gay rights" have been very cleverly disguised as a genuine justice issue, when it is about people wanting their immoral behaviour justified in the eyes of the world.

subrosa said...

Ah, right Stewart, I understand what you mean now. Thanks for explaining.

@Stewart Cowan, I have no personal experience of 'dogging' but it is not an exclusively gay thing, most of the dogging community are straight and it is simply an extension of 'swinging'. ie having sex with all and sundry but with others looking on.

It is illegal.(Wicki)
"...prosecution is possible for a number of offences such as section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, indecent exposure under section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 or for the common law offence of outraging public decency"

What will the police advise next? Outlaw shouting "Stop Thief!" in case it gives a mugger post traumatic stress disorder?

So you can't report anyone for having an al-fresco bonk any more or you'll be arrested.

No problem. Wait until they light up in their car afterwards and then dial 999. Don't forget to mention that you think there might be a child in the car. If they have a 'baby on board' tag in the back window, that's all you need.

There'll be helicopters, marksmen and containment units on site within seconds.

Oh, and don't give your real name when you call. Use the name 'Arnott'.

There is a general concensus among a certain group of people that I may have inadvertently introduced dogging to a particular patch of grassland (otherwise better known for it's Wombles) whilst attempting to score some weed one night during the 90's.

This 'hate crime' manual is easy to understand if you remember that it isn't intended to apply to Mr and Mrs Scroggins in the back of their Ford Cortina - or anyone heterosexual, for that matter.

It's to prevent people being nasty to men having a Ron Davies-style 'moment of madness'. Shagging in toilets and behind bushes - it's their culture, innit?

subrosa said...

As far as I understand they keep the car lights on anyway LI. Doggers aren't a couple having a bonk quietly on a midnight beach, they're folks who purposely bonk where they know others will see them. That's what turns them on I believe.

If the police are going to 'protect' them then you'll be done for wasting police time. I'll keep that info safe just in case I need it. :)

subrosa said...

Can you have sex and puff weed at the same time BTS? You're very fit. :)

subrosa said...

Ah I see Richard. I'll remember that next time I'm in a public toilet at night. Are there any left in this country?

One does wonder, could any of this have anything to do with the admitted sexual preferences of a surprising number of our rulers, I make no judgement on the public commission of the act, except that some people earn a living from it.

And if some are earning money from it then we should know their motive Apogee.
