The 'Eugenics' and 'New World Order' rhetoric in the video doesn't do very much for the natural global warming case. It makes the gentlemen involved sound like something out of Dan Brown, as Gore says, up there with the Moon Landing conspiracy.

It's unfortunate that the climate change skeptic side of the debate seems to have split into one reasonable group which desires more scientific evidence and conspiracy theorists.

But Gore will eventually have to discuss, rationally, but probably by that time, far too many people will have woken up to the scam for him to convince any one any more.
The rhetoric in the video expresses the anger of people who realise they are being lied to and they know who is doing the lying, by omission as much as commission,as they see it.

Yes Hammer but as Apogee says perhaps people are waking up to what's going on and paid for by their money.

And all this is only a fraction of the $94 billion that HSBC estimates has been spent globally this year on what it calls “green stimulus” - largely ethanol and other alternative energy schemes - of the kind from which Al Gore and his partners at Kleiner Perkins hope to profit handsomely.

Just been watching the Palais Bourbon and the Greenpeace protesters interrupting the proceedings.

I believe they are undermining their cause and are actually counter-productive to ecological conservation with their one sided nonsensical extrapolations of incomplete data and doomsday prognostications.

Was it ever so with religious zealots?

It was only relatively recently that ethanol from cereals actually crossed the energy barrier.

That means it took more energy to produce 1 litre of pure ethanol than the ethanol produced.

Modern distilleries with zeolite dehydration units flipped the equation, just.

Alcohol from molasses or sugar cane is another matter but most of the big Gasahol distilleries in N America, until relatively recently, consumed more energy and they produced.

The ethanol they produced is also not anything like competitive with petroleum carburants and relies on State and Federal subsidies to be economic.

It was all another big con.

Note promotion of Climate change to Climate Crisis, as per Gores bok, out in time for CO2penhagen when everyone can buy it on expenses.

Aye OR. By the way that's a good site. Hope others have a look.

Bug you're not the only one who thinks that. Many others have said the same.

It was always so with religious zealots.

Banned, I never thought about that - of course. I should have said that under the video.
