Update: It seems Susan Boyle is taking America by storm. To date 6,778,991 have watched the best of the videos on Youtube. The figure obviously doesn't include other recordings such as the one above.

I Had A Dream - It's Never Too Late
I seldom watch television and didn't see this but read about the lady in today's Times. She appeared on Saturday's Britain's Got Talent show. Read the Times article first then play the video. It's inspiring.

When I first read the title of your post I said yeah right...Martin Luther King also had a dream and look at what happened to him...but having looked at the video, I do wish her dream comes true... Great Stuff
Thanks for sharing this
Hope you read the article first Baron, makes it all the more human. Glad you enjoyed it.
I should say Dragon, by the time they tidy her up a bit, give her some singing tuition if she can get it, I'd buy her CD and I don't often do that.
she was good.
Aye she was Niko.
When I first seen a link to "Britains got talent" on your blog I thought WTF?!
I'm glad I trusted your judgement and watched it.
Blackburn a wee village lol.
Seriously, she's a damn good singer.
Conan, you never cease to make me laugh. No I never thought I'd ever stick a video of that problem on here either. Never watch the thing or any of these 'reality' shows. Haven't even watched the Apprentice this year because last one depressed me and made me realise the low level of education we have in some young people.
But this was different I thought. Imagine her getting an article in the Times of all papers!
If you had not posted this Rosie I would never have seen it, as I avoid any programme with Simon Bowel in it. She has talent and I'm glad she had the guts to stand up there and show them, I will now watch future episodes to support her.
I read a story in the Sundays about Piers Morgan moving out of Blackburn because he thought it was to down market for him. Blackburn should be grateful the slimy git moved.
Love the Simon Bowel bit! I never watch it either KW, but it was the article in the Times which caught my eye. She deserves all the support she can get and, like you, I'll tune in and listen.
Can't bear these programmes really. They show me how low our society has fallen, apart from the celebs of course who rake millions in on the back of people who aren't educated well enough to notice.
