GORDON PUCKERS UP

Not a very flattering picture of the Prime Minister is it?  He looks somewhat tired and slightly ragged round the edges.  (I'm trying hard to be kind here looking for positive adjectives).

As we all know Gordon has been in Berlin to gather support for his latest round of policies which will assist in kick-starting the economy.  Is this round three or four? I've lost count.

In this morning's Daily Mail (someone's got to read it to keep you all informed of world events), a clever photographer took these photographs of our PM about to embrace Angela Merkel.  It was my intention to use the first photograph on this post, but I decided I couldn't thole looking at it for more than a nano-second.

Do have a quick look (go on, you know you want to) and let's count ourselves lucky that this is one European habit the Scots seem to refuse to adopt.  If anyone's in any doubt it's a bad idea then these photographs should kill it stone dead.

OMG Rosie, that is just so embarrassing, what a deeply offensive cringer Brown has become. I think like Thatcher that power has driven him to insanity.

The Germans must be sniggering into their saurkraut at the sight of him.

subrosa,

For some weird reason looking at these photographs bought in mind the Barry Manilow song.

"Oh, Mandy, you kissed me and stopped me from shaking
and I need you today, Oh Mandy".

The poor soul looks shagged-out, if you'll pardon the expression.

Okay, I'll get my coat.

Is that a tongue he's slipping the delectable Carla?

I know KW I know. Now you can understand why I didn't use the first Mail photo on my post.

Actually it's made me view the (infrequent) kisses I get from a slow motion viewpoint :-)

Brown is looking rare wabbit.

He needs Botox, pancake makeup, cosmetic dentistry, a supercilious toothy grin and a deliberately jutting bottom jaw as well as preprogrammed subliminal hand communications.

Oh dear it seems that I have let the cat out of bag.

Oh dear all of you, seems you don't like my choice of imagine of our PM.

What did you think of him gearing himself up to snog Angela though?

All rather, how can I say, non-ministerial behaviour or is it just because he doesn't photograph well.

Faux Cu, thanks for the list. I knew about some but you've enlightened me further :)

Niko, specially for you - a photo of Alex Salmond taken in Holyrood just the other week. I think he was doing some fire watch training.

This is one for PM's questions.
DC - Could the PM explain what he was trying to do in Berlin with Merkel.
PM - I was going to say "sorry"

Hello Oliver. Bit too late for Brown to say sorry isn't it. Then again he never will.
