Rectorial Campaign - Edinburgh University

Ok, I know the photo's not good, but couldn't find a better one!

George (that's Lord George of FOI requests) Foulkes has just announced on twitter that his rectorial campaign website is up and running.  Sounds quite painful.

George Galloway had better get moving and I'm going to send Iain Macwhirter (who I think would be wonderful, sensible and a solid rector) an email, purely to ensure fair play.  No bias here - I wish them all the best of luck.

It should be an interesting contest if they all decide to use the likes of twitter, facebook and blogs.

What's the Bristow Halls? The Sunday name for the Students Union?

You know me, I'm hopeless about Edinburgh except for the tourist spots :)

Thought i would have a look around your swanky new blog( I have took my shoes off). Very nice just the Style you would expect from a Dundee wife.

PS

Drop in the value in the pound means our medicines are cheaper for poorer nations. And no matter what the U.K recession causes we are not going to suffer as they do.

The real scandal is companies like
Pfizer and AstraZeneca trying to fix the market and keep prices higher than they would be.

Niko you know you're more than welcome and thanks for taking your shoes off - you're a real gentleman.

It's much better now isn't it? The banner was a wee pressy from a friend who gets very frustrated with my inability to understand computers. He's also jealous because I've got this iMac which I really can't use to anything like it's full potential as my brain will not absorb too much.
