A Lesson In Communication
As a way of encouraging young people to his church, 45-year-old Rev Zoltan Lendavi showcases his skateboarding skills for them outside his church in Redics, a small village on Hungary's border with Slovenia.
Some Church of Scotland ministers could take a leaf out of the Reverend's book. Their communication skills are fairly limited and usually confined to sermon preaching accompanied by a little small talk with their tiny congregations.
The dour, doom-laden, downtrodden aura they convey does nothing to attract those seeking a spiritual experience. It's little wonder presbyterianism is on the wane.
