The chap in the fancy bunnet is the leader of the Libdems in the Scottish Parliament (for readers who don't follow Scottish politics). The photo was taken some years ago as now Mr Scott has very light auburn hair obviously bleached by the constant sun prevalent in the Shetlands - not to mention the balmy breezes which whisper round the island on a daily basis.
