In Afghanistan two more soldiers have been killed today. They belonged to the 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (1 Lancs), serving as part of Combined Force Nad 'Ali.

They were killed, by small arms fire, in separate shooting incidents this morning.

These deaths follow that of a Royal Marine from 40 Commando who died today in Selly Oak Hospital from injuries sustained in Afghanistan.

Three more families bereaved. 298 lives now lost in the cause to 'keep our streets safe'.

We must continue to call for our troops to be brought home now - not as soon as convenient to the US - but now.
