Wow! That is technically very remarkable. Did you notice that part of the time they were swapping hands? Crikey, that's almost impossible. In the same vein I offer you this, which is by a Canadian guitarist I like a lot. Not in the same league of difficulty (for the second player at least) but a lot of fun.
I gave it a try here Richard with an old guitar and as you say it's nigh on impossible. The timing alone must have taken months of practice.
Thanks so much for the link. That's only the second time I've seen a four hand guitar. As you say it's not the same complexity but it's just as super to watch.
I don't know whether to feel inspired or defeated. I think I'll go by the looks on those wonderful musicians' faces and be inspired.
I shall be posting my own arrangement of David Shire's theme from 'The Conversation' on Youtube within the next 18 months. Only one guitarist but several dozen tracks recorded on several vintage tape decks offering various speeds of recording and playback may be involved. May be?
