No Surprise Here For Me!

Is This Why Scotsmen Grunt A Lot?

10th December 2009: It may leave you gaping, but a new study has revealed Scottish girls are more likely to wear sexy clothes than other UK women.

The experts asked more than 1,600 UK women before reaching the conclusion.
The Sun reports in the poll by fashion website `Brag ItUp.com’, they were asked how they chose what to wear in the morning.

The queries revealed 53 per cent in Scotland admitted they wore what they thought was found attractive by men. Just about 42 per cent dressed up for themselves. Another five per cent wanted to wow other women.

In contrast, the study found only 12 per cent of English girls dress up for men.
According to Scottish Sun columnist Martel Maxwell, she dressed to feel good. It was great if guys did a double take. "

I bet if you went to Ireland the figure would be higher still. I would grunt a lot of I was married to your model, mind you she is a bit on the skinny side. Did you not notice I left you a wee 'love' poem on my story on Elton John that you commented on over at mine.

Off post but

I read a lot of foreign news on the internet and watch, when I can a lot of international TV news in English.

Interestingly, against the standard BBC, domestic World versions and SKY News in several forms all over the World, that there is a big split on what is happening is being reported, or not.

The general consensus in the French TV channels, domestic and international, is that what we are seeing in Iran is that a revolution is under way.

There is a "diplomatic blogoir" by Charles Crawford former UK ambassador to Poland who opines that Iran is in its death throws.

Incidentally he "knew" well the UK citizen who was executed in China a few days ago for smuggling heroin into China.

Why are the UK media not reprting the same? We had Jon Snow in a face to face interview with Ahmedjinabad (think that is how it is spelled)but everything in the UK media is crouched in terms suggesting any protests in Iran are only concerned with regime softening and no mention is ever made of revolutionary regime change?

Yup, legs too skinny. But I knew an old guy who always said: don't worry about the legs, son - first thing you throw aside...

Is that the latest fashion in liberty bodices OR? Must get one.

As for the mini, I prefer a little elegance these days with a skirt which covers the parts where circulation can be affected. :)

WfW, I know there's nothing wrong with Oldrighties. He's wonderful the one I know.

It's actually Oldrightie who posted this WfW. Have a look at his blog - he's usually spot on with public opinion.

DL I'm coming to see read the 'love poem'. Somehow I'm glad I haven't had lunch yet.

LotF, it must be the water from Loch Katrine. Don't think the water supply in the east works as well. ;)
