You forgot to mention she's blonde, AND wearing a black shirt AND the angle she is holding the flag makes the diagonal cross into an upright one, which is the same as the German Iron Cross AND there was white on the Nazi flag somewhere too, which, need I remind you, was ALSO flown from a flagpole.

Well, the picture has bugger all to do with Christmas, and it looks like something from a Leni Riefenstahl movie.
It's all a bit Aryan and triumphalist for me.
It's certainly different WW but of course the artist is controversial. I would think the original painting is of superb quality.
