Auch CR and the same to you. Good health is the best thing we can wish for, then of course a decent bunch of politicians but we'll never get that. So the good fight is still one. :)

A very Happy New Year to you and yours and thank you for your wishes. My 'yours' is asleep on the settee so time I dug him out of it and sent him off to bed. Mind you, he's English so can't stand the pace!!
Happy New Year SR. Having been born in Dundee but having lived most of my life doon sooth I regard your blog as compulsory daily reading. A toast to your increasing success in 2010!
A Happy New Year to you and yours Jock and thank you for the lovely compliment. That means a great deal to me, especially as us Dundonians aren't always the best of compliment givers. :)
It's good to know you still remember your roots. I never forgot mine either and I came back purely because the English education system was sadly lacking in the 80s and a Scottish one was still far superior.
Of course that's all changed in the last 20+ years. That angers me really that we've allowed our education system to drop so much. It's all to do with the introduction of the comprehensive system I think. I won't bore you more.

Happy New Year to you Stewart. Since I knew about Nestle I leave them well alone so I hope my readers connect to your link.
Thanks Rosie. I hope so too. Nestle are even worse than I'd thought.
Is 'Rosie' an acceptable abbreviation, btw?
Less of the 'auld' thanks. I prefer the term mature.
