The Guardian has been prevented from reporting parliamentary proceedings on legal grounds which appear to call into question privileges regarding free speech established under the 1688 Bill of Rights.
The Guardian is also forbidden from telling its readers why the paper is prevented - for the first time in its memory - from reporting parliament.

Time for an uprising, I'll just sit down again untill I think what form it should take. While I'm getting my brain cells organised, the Guardian should publish, the public will come to their rescue I'm sure.

Stupid Govt. bringing attention to a subject that would probably have just slithered away and got the Guardian offside at a time when they have few friends left.
They talked (Mps) of being more transparent, ha ha ha what rubbish..
