I've no reason to think it isn't real. He shifts his position just slightly and his hands but the smile stays the same.
If true - scary but I suspect a little digital enhancement going on for effect
Maybe Dram, but then a little digital fixing and a little airbrushing makes everyone look just that little more perfect doesn't it. :)
Who needs perfect? I prefer a trifle messed up meself.
