  1. Think how much better things might have been if she had applied some of that superglue to the surfaces of her labium superius oris and labium inferius oris.

  2. Same jacket, different colour? Bit like the Queen really, same hat, different colour.

Is it just me or does Angela get to look more and more like another famous German leader's daughter?

  3. Aye she tends to favour the same style, but then so do I Jim.

Funnily enough that crossed my mind when I was posting this.

  5. I think it can be also used as a secret female sign. Don't know if that is relevant but it just might be a safety position for the hands rather than have them flailing about or to indicate a thinking, reflecting, almost praying position

  8. Jings Lupus, I'll have to get onto a feminist site to see what you mean. :)

In recent years Alex Salmond, when interviewed, has a tendency to clench a fist, but I couldn't find an image. Maybe he's had them deleted. :)

  16. Lupus, I've seen much larger German women behaving in a similar manner around swimming pools. I was young then and mortified at first but later admired their lack of inhibition about body size or shape. I was very uptight about these things in those days.

  17. Footdee, I think you're over-reacting a wee bitty to the comments. It's called humour.

Politicians would hate it if we didn't give them blogspace. :)
