Lord Barnett and the Barnett Formula Committee today

Here's the link to Lord Barnett's evidence at today's committee.  He openly admits he asked for this committee to investigate it because he now thinks the English want independence.

    An amicable divorce but still remain pals for old times sake. I was going to put Auld Lang Syne but was not sure of the spelling.

    WV Is mormin so maybe more than one divorce might be necessary.

    The children do as they do today niko. They decide who they want to live with.

    Mind you, they'll have to understand there's no changing their minds.
