Scottish songwriter, Dougie Campbell, wrote "It's Christmas Day" as a new carol for school and church choirs. It was released as a single and was featured on both television and radio.
"It's Christmas Day" was first performed by the pupils of Balfron Primary School, near Stirling and the original recording featured the voices of the wee ones who also sing in this video.
Merry Christmas to you and all of your readers - both contributors and lurkers :-)

All that you would wish yourself Rosie...have a good day eh! xxx
ReplyDeleteA Very Merry Christmas to you and yours. I don't know what the weather is like up there, but in Yorkshire it is so warm we are thinking of going to the seaside tomorrow, so long as the wind doesn't get up and try to play skittles with us.
ReplyDeleteAnd you ASE. You deserve a little normality.
ReplyDeleteThanks nominedeus, hope you had a good one too. Too windy here to go out for a walk so it's TV time - if there's anything on.
ReplyDeleteThank you WoaR, and to you and yours.
ReplyDeleteIt's very mild here but very windy. Possibly gale force and too strong to go out for a walk after the gluttony. I should get the Wii going and get some exercise, then again ... :)
Merry Christmas, Rosy! I hope your Holiday Season and the coming New Year is great.
