    I am in Ghana where there is much disappointment that their guy did not get the top job.

    Still, traditions must be maintained: The best qualifications are being old and white and wrinkly.

    I am enjoying the 32 degree heat. My family tells me that Scotland is enjoying yet another bout of global warming.
