Sunday Morning Music

This morning's choice is from JRB. He commented on last week's post: "1978 really was a very, very good year (for me)".  Enjoy the memories JRB.

Thanks Subrosa for putting this up.

Chris Rea wrote this in 1978. It was released as a single and later included in his first album “Whatever Happened to Benny Santini”.

The song has been covered by many other artists, probably most successfully by Elkie Brooks.

As for ’78 – Yes indeed, it was a very special year – but all I am prepared to add is – Still Thinking of You ‘M'

My pleasure JRB. Like it myself.

Ah, special years - you had me thinking. 1968 and 77 were mine. The agony and the ecstasy of life.
