  1. subrosa,

Will you please please stop posting that toss-pot Ainsworth's photo in your "You might also like" section? No, I do not like and everytime I see his smug face my blood-pressure goes sky-high.

  2. Oh dearie me Brownlie, my sincere sympathies.

I have no control over the 'you may like' selection, but I understand some of my readers enjoy seeing the visage of Aintworthit as it reminds them where to stick the pins.

  3. No doubt, the more creative amongst the blogosphere can think of better places to stick pins than in the old boy's face.

BTW, party was great. Mrs LD sends her best.

  4. How many postal votes does it take to change an election? Pre-written answers on a postcard please.

TGIF (the 13th) - the NZ blanko is cooling in the fridge.

  5. I'm sure many will be much more creative LD.

My best to Mrs LD too and please congratulate her on her courage. Do hope your domestic training is continuing. :)

  6. Ah the Tio Pepe is chilling too Clarinda.

The postal vote business just stinks. If there was fraud in one ward surely that could cause a re-run? I'm clueless about these things.

  9. Mmmm, I'm so stunned that the people of Glasgow E allowed themselves to be fooled again. Scared into voting labour by fear of Edinburgh ......I live here and the Lab, lib dum and cons have turned it into a dump with this trams guff. Commonwealth games, new hospitals, new motorway, new sports council and Edinburgh is ripping them off? Ah well, a vote for labour is a vote to keep Glasgow in the dosh and stuff the rest of us

  11. It is a shame for Edinburgh Dram. I used to visit a few times a year and now I can't be bothered to be honest. The place is a mess.
